Oprah, Iyanla Vanzant, Gabrielle Bernstein, Eckhart Tolle, and Deepak Chopra spoke about this book\u2019s contents. They all agree that manifestation is possible and works. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, even though manifestation is possible and can turn your dreams into reality, you first need to take proactive steps towards whatever you desire. Don\u2019t expect instant results. Isn\u2019t it a small price to pay for something that can have a profound impact on your life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can change a lot by changing the way we think. Oprah told Jeff Weiner in 2015, \u201cYou control a lot by your thoughts, and we control a lot by our joined thoughts…by what I [and we] believe.\u201d Once you believe this and know it works, you become careful about your thoughts and what you manifest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Is Manifestation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Manifestation makes your desires tangible through attraction and the belief that it will come if you think about it. However, manifestation is not limited to having willpower and positive thinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cManifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality… via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions,\u201d says Angelina Lombardo, the author of A Spiritual Entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be Clear About Your Goals Before You Manifest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Everyone approaches the act of manifesting differently. No matter how you think about it, don\u2019t forget the basic principles. First, know precisely what you want. Lombardo says, \u201cYou are the only one who dreams your dreams, so whether it\u2019s a new partner and a healthy relationship or a better job, know it and own it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regardless of what you desire, make sure your intention is specific. For example, if you\u2019re looking for a soulmate, be clear about their characteristics (values, qualities, looks, etc.). The clearer your intentions are, the easier your manifestation is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once You\u2019ve Set Your Intention, Ask<\/em> And Write What You Want Down On Paper.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you figure out precisely what you\u2019re looking for \u2013 hopes, dreams, goals, etc. \u2013 you need to ask the universe. You can do this in different ways \u2013 a future box, meditation, prayer, speaking your intentions, vision board, or visualization \u2013 but be particular about your preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also write it down. You might also be familiar with the 3-6-9 method, where you write down what you want: three times when you wake up, six times in the afternoon, and nine times at night for 33 or 45 days. On the simpler side, you can write a letter to the universe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start Working<\/em> Towards Your Goals.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Great job on figuring out what you want and manifesting it \u2013 now, it\u2019s time to do the work from your side to make them come true. According to Bernstein, author of Super Attractor, \u201cManifesting is also known as co-creating because it\u2019s a collaboration between you and the Universe.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Knowing what you want is only half battle won; there won\u2019t be any results without action. Schedule some time to think about the steps you\u2019ll take to reach your goals yourself and add them to your routine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
