A great way to do this is by changing your alarm label to a goal or affirmation. This way, the first information you receive when you wake up is positivity. It also helps if you have post-it notes with positive quotes and your reaffirmations around the house to reinforce your vibrations and what you’re trying to attract. 

For example, if you’re trying to get a promotion, change your alarm label to it and have a post-it on your mirror saying “PROMOTION.”

Increase Your Dopamine and Serotonin Levels

When you have higher serotonin and dopamine levels, you will naturally have higher levels of joy, calmness, and relaxation. Having positive emotions tells your body and the universe that you are ready for abundance – wealth, success, fame, or love.

You can do multiple things to keep the serotonin and dopamine flowing. For example, switching out caffeine with other substitutes, practicing saying positive affirmations daily, and engaging in self-love activities.

Eat Healthily

Some people choose to skip breakfast. There’s a reason it’s called the most important meal. Skipping meals can have a negative impact on your mind, body, and soul. Being negative can affect how you deal with unpredictable or unforeseen situations.

Skipping breakfast can also increase your sugar cravings and stress levels. You cannot lead an unhealthy life if you aim to have higher vibrations. Therefore be mindful of what you do or don’t put in your body throughout each day.

Meditate

Meditation  is a great way to figure out your thoughts and change the way you think. Meditation also helps you gain a new perspective on stressful situations, develop coping mechanisms to manage stress, increase self-awareness, and reducing negative emotions, among a few.

So if you ever feel stressed, spend 30 minutes meditating and aligning each of your chakras. You can also meditate while listening to Isochronic tones – they help in stress reduction, delving into a deeper meditative state, and increase focus.

Visualize

Using your vibrations is the most powerful way to match the vibrations of your desires, which is essential if you wish to attract money and success easily. Visualizing your goals also means being able to SENSE, SEE and FEEL your manifestations before they become real.
